Imagine this is you...

You're driving home from work after a hectic day, "you want to get home have a cup of tea and watch some TV".

So you carry on driving down the dual carriageway, then suddenly  you see a police car flashing its lights in your rear view mirror, you pull over to let him pass as you know very well that you have nothing to hide and you were sticking to the speed limit.

But you’re mistaken, the policeman was trying to stop you, so your next
thought is that perhaps you have a light out, this is where you have a shock,
the Traffic Officer climbs out of his car almost like Robocop with his Radar Gun,
comes over to your window, asks you to turn the engine off and to step out of the car,
he then goes on to say “Look here, do you know what this is ?”
(in a very condescending tone) where you reply, yes officer, it is a radar gun, he then says “Correct, this is your speed ( 65mph )you know very well that it was not your speed.

So you're sitting in the police car, he then goes on to caution you ( like  a criminal )
again in a very patronising manor.

He then asks if you accept the accusation,  you don’t know what to do, do you say
yes I agree that I was going 65 in a 50 so you can carry on with your journey and
deal with it later or no I want to go to court with this?

After being talked down to like a child you become rather anxious and distraught,
not only by the fact that you know that you were not travelling at the speed that
he said but that you felt like you were being intimidated.

You think to yourself:

  • Ive just got a fine, thats a full days work £60 straight to the government for no reason, its almost like getting mugged, but at least the mugger has the courtesy to run off and you never need to see him again.

  • 3 points on my licence, great now I have 3 chances left then I lose my licence!

What do you do next?

So you get home and read up about the Speed Camera system online, just like you
have done I expect, but this is where you would probably stop isn’t it ?

This is where few people like myself go further and pay for legal advice
( very expensive ) and eventually represent themselves in court and have
the case quashed.

Well you dont need to get a solicitor or sit back and take the fine and points, you can use the advise in The SpeedTrap Guide to get your Speeding fine dropped.

I am just the run of the mill average person who was unlucky and got caught out, which made me decide to fight back and not except a discrimination against young drivers.

( I didn’t study law at University but I know enough through research and legal advice to get a Speeding fine conviction thrown out in court)

All is disclosed in the The SpeedTrap Guide

simply purchase the guide, it will download, then you can open it and view, print, and win in court !
